Product Description

VTFB hybrid turbomolecular pump is composed of turbomolecular pump and a disc traction pump. It also has the characteristics of large pumping speed and high compression ratio when the turbomolecular pump is high molecular flow , and the characteristics of high pumping speed and high compression ratio when the traction pump is high pressure, expand the scope of application of the pump.

VTFB compound turbomolecular pump has no selectivity and no memory effect on the pumped gas. Because of the high compression ratio for the gas with large molecular weight, the pump can obtain high vacuum and ultra high vacuum without cold trap and oil baffle.

VTFB hybrid turbomolecular vacuum pump are used for analytical instruments, research and laboratory, semiconductors, leak detection, lamps and tube manufacture, vacuum freeze drying, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum degassing, vacuum oven, vacuum furnace, vacuum coating, vacuum systems, and so on.
