Product Description
With colorless surface and a slightly purple cross- section, the ozone free quartz tube can block the ultraviolet rays of less than 220nm in the spectrum, and the ultraviolet transmittance at 253.7nm is more than 87%. Ultraviolet radiation at this wavelength has strong bactericidal power.
Mainly used: ozone free UV germicidal light, electric light, medical equipment and all kinds of sterilization equipment .
Because the penetration power of ultraviolet rays is very weak, if the quartz content of the casing is not enough, it will seriously hinder the penetration ability of ultraviolet light. The UV casing selected by our company allows the penetration rate of ultraviolet rays to reach more than 90%, which is even better. The bactericidal effect.
Faced with the small-diameter and thin-walled casing commonly used in the market to reduce equipment costs, PHIYANG has standardized and improved its products. A thick high-purity quartz sleeve with an outer diameter of 25 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm is used. Application:
1. High temperature resistance glass can work under 1200°C continuously,and in short time can even work under 1450°C, its softening point is 1730°C.
2.Quartz glass will not reat chemically with acid except hydrofluoric.Acid-stable is 30 times of ceramic and 150 times of
stainless steel.Es-pecially chemical stability is incomparable at low temperature.
