Bridge Supported Waste Water Clarifier in Water Settlement Tank

Application:

ZBG and BZBG peripheral transmission mud scraper machine, mainly used in first and second sedimentation pond for large (usually refers to water more than the 600m/h and pool size larger than 20m) sewage treatment plants. To collect bottom sludge(proportion less than 1.2 and not easy to harden), generally, scum scraping and collecting system are set on the upper part with corresponding functions. Water comes in from the center and out from peripheral, while the mud comes out from the center.

1. Using articulated shaving arm to protect the overload and effectively reduce the operating cost.

2. The truss girder is normally used in the working bridge, with light weight, good stiffness, and the bridge length can be decided due to the process.

3. With roller under the logarithmic spiral shaving plate, it can effectively prevent sticking.

M odel selection:

1. Proper selection will be made according to the application conditions and process requirements. Please detail the parameters such as the size of the model, the depth of the pool side and the bottom slope, delivery will be made according to the half bridge in the diagram.

2. Central regulator tube, scum baffle, scum collecting device, slag bucket (containing slag pipe), tank (non-concrete), electric control panel, rail and its accessories (non-rubber wheel) and all anchors shall give another order.

3. Materials are available in the following brackets, underwater stainless steel (304), working bridge (aluminum alloy or stainless steel), walkway (stainless steel or fiberglass), baffle and weir plate (stainless steel or fiberglass), central regulator tube (stainless steel or fiberglass). No specification means delivery by carbon steel and normal anti-corrosion degree.

4. Reducer (imported or domestically made) has shaft type or horizontal cycloid type for choice, which do not indicate the horizontal type of home-made cycloid or planet order

5. All equipment allowable torque values for any function expansion of rated power and speed require additional order (such as increased number of rake arms, automatic rake, clean brush and so on).

6. Requirements for different pool bottom slope, pool depth or other pool structure should be put forward before making the final decision.
