Yes, we are the official flagship store of Centerm.
2. Can I buy a terminal as test sample? What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we provide single sample service. If needed, please contact customer service directly
3. How long can I receive the product after payment?
Generally, the shipment will start within 3-5 working days after the payment is validated.
4. Do you provide TMS?
Yes. You can test TMS with samples for free. For Customization TMS, please contact our customer service.
5. Do you provide SDK for development?
Yes, please contact our customer service for more details.
6. Can I customize terminal colors and our own logo printing?
Yes, if you meet the minimum order quantity(200 pcs), we can provide such services for free. If you required less than 200
pcs,just pay more 400 USD to get this service.
7. Do you have the ability to help us obtain local certifications?
Yes, we have already helped our partners to obtain various local certifications, so please contact our customer service directly i f needed.
8. Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we have our own factory.
9. Do you accept OEM or ODM customization?
Customization is accepted as long as it meets the MOQ of OEM or ODM (please consult customer service for more details).
10. What language does your product support?
Most of Centerm’s products support Chinese and English, other languages are negotiable.
11. What’s your after-sales service policy?
Centerm provides a one-year free warranty (or certain quantity of spare terminals is also available) and remote technical support services. Any damage of product in the transportation process shall be bear by Centerm.
12. How do you proceed an order?
It is much appreciated if you could tell us your exact requirements/specification, then we will send a proforma invoice for you to make payment. Payment via T/T is recommended. Samples will be ready after full payment is received.
For bulk orders, we require a 30% deposit in advance, pay the 70% balance before shipping.
