Operate Temperature

Fitting and clamp saddles are not suitable for use with hot water for the limits dictated by the use of polyethylene pipes.

Max operating temperature refer to ues of polyethylene pips;it is therefore necessary to refer to the regulations applicable in the country of use.The fittings and clamp saddles can withstand temperatures below 0℃.The table below shows the Max operating pressure during continuous operation with changes in temperature.

Applications

Compression fittings are designed specifically for connecting polyethylene pipes with an outside diameter of 20-110mm.They are fully compatible with all PE80 and PE100 pipes complying with EN ISO 4427,ISO 14236,DIN8074.They are normally used to convey drinking water and fluids at pressures to 16 bar for generic application.The quality of the materials used makes these fittings resistant to etching by numerous chemical substances and to UV-rays.It is universal fitting can be used to connect systems using PE metric piping with existing pipes made of any material.

Assembly Instruction

DN20-60mm recommended

A Chamfer the pipe with beveler tool

B Slackend the ring nut with out removing from the body check that O-ring and clip ring are in proper position.

C Insert the pipe end with out tightening the ring nut.Push the fitting until the pipe oversteps the O-ring and reaches the stop

D Hand tighten the ring unt the tighten further with a strap/chain wrench.

D75-110mm recommended

A After preparing pipe ends unscrew the fitting.Then remove all internal components:the ring nut,the clip ring,the packing presser bush and the O-ring
B Push the pipe into the fittings until it reaches the slop.Insert the O-ring and position the same by inserting the packing-pressure bush
C Displace the clip ring onto the pipe as shown in picture C.
D Slide the ring nut over the clip ring and tighten with a strap/chain wrench in order to complete the assembly.
