We are a manufacturing and trading team, had one headquarter in Shouguang with 3 subsidiaries in Qindao and HK. Business involved in oil drilling, dyestuff, papermaking, construction and other industries. The products are sold to Australia, America, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Southeast Asia etc. every year increasingly.
Now we start a business of repackaging of swimming pool chemicals and ice melter as our clients needs. The available packages are mainly Standing bags, Pillow bags, Gusseted bags, Pails, Jars, Jugs, Tubes, Drums and etc. We will continue to develop new products and new packages.
Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time and loading port?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order. Qingdao port is our loading port.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Yes, we have MOQ 20 tons, not for mix orders.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. And we ship goods by sea shipping.
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on packing?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.
Q7: What's the period of validity for Calcium Chloride?
A: Usually the period of validity for Calcium Chloride is 2 years. The content could be reduced if improperly stored.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the validity period, we will ship new with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
