It is more than 10% lighter than conventional products, making it easier to use in everyday cooking. The inner surface is coated with Chemours' finest fluororesin. It is a newly developed and even better coating that is non-sticky and easy to clean.
<Evolving technology> We manufacture everything from the shape of the main body to the fluorine coating on the inner surface, polishing of the outer surface, assembly, and packaging. High quality with excellent strength and ease of use is a convincing finish that Japanese technology shines.
<Abundant 11 items> The "Quattro IH" series is available in sizes that are not so common, such as frying pans 18 cm, 22 cm, and small omelet. You will surely find the size you want, such as 18 cm, which is convenient for a little cooking or making side dishes for lunch boxes, or a small frying pan for tamagoyaki, which is 15 x 9.5 cm. <Full-scale 4-layer structure> It has excellent thermal conductivity and is deliciously finished. The four-layer structure of stainless steel with high heat storage and aluminum with excellent thermal conductivity demonstrates excellent compatibility with IH and excellent durability. The plate thickness is thinner than the conventional three-layer structure, and an aluminum layer on the inner surface has been added to achieve good heat circulation and weight reduction.

Point 1: Craftsmanship - Gravity casting Our casting method, in which each piece of aluminum is slowly and carefully poured into a mold, is formed while allowing air to escape, so there is no swelling or deformation of the main body due to air bubbles. Point 2: Various technologies - Stainless steel & aluminum clad "Clad" is a material made by laminating two or more different types of metals. The heat storage properties of stainless steel and the thermal conductivity of aluminum are excellently compatible as cookware. We focus on manufacturing only clad materials. Point 3: PTEA brand We have obtained a license for Chemours fluororesin PTEA . Only those who have passed the Chemours 7-quality-tests are allowed to be branded.
