1. Enquiry : We will carefully study the the information involved in the enquiry, finding all the necessaries before pricing, if some important information is missed, we will exchange via email, instant messager, etc.

2. Quotation : Generally speaking, we will send the formal quotation sheet within 1 working day after the enquiry, provided all necessary information is completed.
