Product description of melting furnace
The power adopts the solid-state IGBT frequency converter module technology from Siemens, after the induction heating equipment outputs the strong frequency current, it can create a strong magnetic field by the induction coils. Under the action of the magnetic field, it can form a vortex current on the surface of the heated work piece, which makes it heat quickly.

Working Principle of melting furnace
SIEMENS IGBT frequency conversion power module technology has adopted in gold furnace machine which can guarantee the melting point. As the AC power on, machine will generate strong frequency conversion power which will finally form a strong magnetic field as the power go through electromagnetic coil. Then as the magnetic field works, heating of work table will result in prompt heating of materials to be melt.
