A: Generally, we pack our goods in carton boxs and plastic bubble film.
2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
7.How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?
A:1. We keep good quality and competitive price to ensure our customers benefit ;
2. We respect every customer as our friend and we sincerely do business and make friends with them, no matter where they comefrom.
8. What is your delivery time?
A: For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock. If quantity less than 500 units, production time only need
3-5working day.For customized models, the delivery time depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, it is 7-15 days. We can finish productionwithin 15 days under 9 containers orders.
9. What is the trade term?
A: In generally, we will use EXW, FOB or CIF. Other terms also welcome.
10.Do you have minimum order quantity limitation?
A: We don’t have MOQ limitation. But if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10pcs,wewould sincerely recommend you buy at the local market. Because the international freight will be expensive.
11. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time.But due to the big size, we would like to suggest you to check some raw material if you just want to check the quality. If youhave container needs to be shipped together recently, then you can buy any quantity youwant.
12. What if you encounter problems during installation?
A: We will provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelving. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you
byphone, face-time or video.
