TECHNICS
Material
Import marterial directly from overseas,such as South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa
Drying and Balancing
Put the marterial into kiln and use electronic equipment to control the moisture.Keep the dried material in the balancing room around 28 days to release the wooden interior remained dynamic power,balance the moisture and enhance the stability.
Selection and M.C.control
Inspect the marterial pieces by pieces and then testing the moisture 8-10%,then checking and separation the grade,color and so on.
T&G process
Sanding,double and tenoner,four-side moulder,color grouping,quality cotrol on precision
Coating
Four advanced UV lacquer lines introduced abroad,German Aluminum oxide anti-scratch and anti-wear finish.
Packing
Use a sheet of prtection cushion to protect the floors surface out of damage,after enveloping the floors with plastic film and packing floors with carton package,lastly ,stack cartons of floors on the pallet and shrink wrap around
