Product Description
Two types of in-line rear axles
For 2.5-ton loading capacity, LK270, only has in-line type rear axle. Both are suspension rear axle with 4kw motor. The difference is the size of the gearbox gears. Datai type rear axle focus on high speed on flat roads; Yuanhao type rear axle focus on high climbing ability.

This is the battery Quick Charger.
The charger can use the household power 110v or 220v to charge directly. Charger jack is Chinese two pin plug, it can be customized the standard US or European plug.

Spring plate and U-type updated
For the dumper of LK270 (2.5-ton), the original 13KG steel spring plate will be updated to 20.7KG steel spring plate. At the same time, the U-type iron and chain plate that are matched with the steel spring plate will also be updated and enlarged.
Thickness of cargo box plate
The thickness of the bottom cargo box plate of
mini electric truck
is 5mm, and the thickness of the side box plate is 3mm. The bottom box plate is relatively thick, it can bear rough stones and other materials.
Lengthened the motor cable
The dumper using Datai type rear axle,which original is with lengthened motor cable (There is the

). The motor cable is lengthened can can be
directly connected to the controller cabinet, which is suitable to Yuanhao type rear axle.
Air switch
The role of the air switch is to immediately disconnect the power when a short circuit occurs in the dumper.
1. Prevent overload of wires from causing fire.
2. Prevent damage to motor, controller and contactor caused by short circuit.
Added heat dissipation holes
The original fully enclosed control box is improved to the current control box with heat dissipation holes, which protects the spare pares and wiring of the control box.
Note:
Customers can choose to have heat dissipation holes or not according to the working place and climate.
New chrome plated cylinder
New chrome plated cylinder, with "certificate" label, each cylinder is very standard.
Luxurious seat
A: The entire seat can be moved forward and backward;
B: The back can be adjusted to lie flat;
C: The armrests of the seat are adjustable.
