Flexible plastic cages are made from high quality polyethylene HDPE 100 grade material, it's suitable for the dynamic load of the sea in the extreme conditions. Extensive use of strong and high-quality polyethylene material in cage brackets eliminates corrosion, minimizes expensive and difficult maintenance, and substantially increases the cage lifespan compared to steel brackets.
Circular Fish Cages
We are supplies and delivers a plastic cage system to fish farmers as turnkey projects. We specialize in round cages, square cages, submersible cages, and circular cages are available with double or triple pipes, range from 30m to 260m in circumference, using mostly 200mm, 315mm or 400mm pipes. With the increase in pipe-diameter, the buoyancy increases and this allows it to make cages with a bigger circumference, and to use deeper nets, giving more production-volume.

The main floating pipe consists of two HDPE pipes with Φ≥250mm, which are welded into a fully closed ring by butt fusion welding. The inner and outer pipes are connected and fixed by a HDPE bracket.
The handrail pipe consists of a round, hollow HDPE pipe welded by hot melt into a completely closed ring.
I-Frame consists of double holes HDPE bracket(110mm-350mm) and (110mm-350mm) equal diameter tee, which are welded together by hot melt. Double holes HDPE bracket is a special pipe fittings for windwave-resistant cage frame, manufactured by mould pressure injection molding, the thickness of the thinnest place is ≥20mm. The thickness of upright pipe and Tee ≥15mm. The I-frame is evenly distributed along the perimeter of the cage frame, with a spacing of 1.5m-2m.
