Manufacturing Technique
Fruit and vegetable powder is the finished product of processing fresh fruits and vegetables into powder.
Mixed fruit and vegetable powder is a kind of powder produced by selecting fresh, ripe and non-rotten fresh fruits, selecting, washing, pressing juice, filtering, clarifying, concentrating, spray drying, crushing, sieving and packaging the fruits and vegetables.

①Production process flow: raw material selection→raw material processing, pressing and extracting juice→filtration, clarification→concentration→spray drying→cooling→packaging.
②Process points:
Raw material selection: select 6-7 ripe fresh fruits or dried fruits.
Raw material processing and squeezing juice: wash the raw materials, add 1 kg of water to 1 kg of fruit, or 1 kg of dried fruit to 5 kg of water, put them in a stainless steel pot, heat to 85-90 ° C, keep 20-30 minutes, then turn off the heat, let stand for 24 hours, and press to extract the juice.
Filtration and clarification: filter through a sieve machine, and then perform natural clarification or enzyme clarification.
Concentration: Atmospheric pressure concentration and vacuum concentration can be used. Concentrated at atmospheric pressure, concentrated in a stainless steel double-layer pot, the heating steam pressure is 2.5 kg/cm2. Pay attention to stirring during the concentration process to speed up the evaporation of water and prevent coking. Concentrate to make the solid content reach 28%. Do not add too much material for each concentration, and the best time is 40 minutes. Concentrate in vacuo and concentrate under reduced pressure at lower temperature. Heating, vapor pressure 1.5 kg/cm2, temperature 50°C.
Spray drying: Use high-pressure spray equipment to carry out spray drying of concentrated fruit juice. The feed temperature is 50-60°C, the working pressure of the high-pressure pump is 180 kg/cm2, and the amount of drying aid dextrin powder is 0.5%. The temperature is 120°C, and the outlet air temperature is 75-78°C.
Cooling and packaging: the dried fruit powder is cooled rapidly, then packaged and sealed.
