Boilers Introduction:

DZL series quick-loading chain grate boiler has the characteristics of fast installation, material saving, labor saving, compact structure and small footprint. Process flow:

The fuel falls from the hopper to the front of the grate. With the operation of the grate, the coal undergoes preheating and retorting, ignition, and burning. The slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag remover. The flue gas is between the front and rear arches. The throat can form a vortex and fully mix with the air, heat the front arch, improve the fire conditions, enter the convection tube bundle on the two wings through the outlet smoke window on the upper part of the arch, enter the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, and pass through the economizer and dust collector. The fan is led to the chimney for discharge.
