Specification
1. The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door's six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.
2. The output can reach 180-290 wood doors one day (8.5 hours per day). Only 2 workers are need when working.
3. PLC controller, which makes the spray guns move accurately. Coating effect is smooth and even.
4.Standard configuration: 2 pcs of IWATA spray guns.
5.Without feeding belt, no need to clean.
6. With servo motors, high speed reciprocating, the spray guns move precisely.
7. The machine is easy to operated and not rely on painting techniques. It shortens the production cycle, reduces paint cost and labor cost.
