Description
◆ Features: This product is a two-component silicone potting adhesive, which can be cured into high-performance elastomer by room temperature or heating. It has excellent electrical properties, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-60ºC~+250ºC), waterproof and moisture-proof, good deep curing, low shrinkage after curing, no heat release and by-products, no corrosion to potting components. No pollution to the surrounding environment, in line with RoHs standards and related environmental requirements. Its good thermal conductivity function can effectively transfer the heat emitted by electronic components when working.
