We have signed a big contract with Woolworth, Edsion since 2014,and they have ordered more than 5 Millions US dollars here with Sun Fly Printing,we have the BSCI certification and assist the thirty party to control whole process prodcut quality, and to reach high quality requirement, from our side,we have very strict QC process from prepress, printing process, to finishing each step.
1.We got files from customers , and our prepress department will check the artwork ,make sure all files are perfect for printing, all files should be 300DPI with 3mm bleeding in CMYK format. We can help customer do litter adjustment also.
2. We supply 1set free sample base on your files, and 1 set free blue proof for your check if you need.
3.We will arrange mass printing after proof confirmed. 1team QC department will control the printing quality while the printing process.
4. We will arrange the binding after printing sheets are inspected. The second QC line will set after binding.
5.Supply a few set final products to customer for checking the quality.Meanwhile we will send some final products to the third testing company like SGS to test the sample and get report if the products can match customer’s requirement
6. Before packed into the carton, we have the third QC line to check all the goods again.
7.Goods ready to ship, we will order the third party company to go to our factory to spot check all the goods, and get report for customers.
8. On-going following service, we will get feedback quickly if any problems happen.
We are very familiar with high quality printing requirements, and have printed lots of children's book and established a long business relationship with many customers ,like Woolworth, Disney, etc.

Q: What about artwork ? How can I send it to you ?
A: 1. We prefer PDF files in CMYK format and at least 300 DPI with 3mm bleeding to ensure high quality printing work..
Other format such as Indd, AI,PSD are also fine for us .If you supply simple files like PPT , word, JPG, we also can help you to adjust the files well for printing .
2. You can send us the files via DROPBOX, wetransfer, hightail, yousendit.
Q: Can I get a sample before place a order and how many days I can get the sample?
A: Yes, you can. We will supply you 1set digital sample for FREE and send it to you by Fedex express in 2-3days after we got your files.
Q: What is your leading time for mass(bulk) printing?
A: We usually take 1 week to finish the whole job after proof confirmed for normal orders. For more than 100000 copies orders , we will discuss the timeline then.
Q: Will you sign a contract for protecting client’s copyright and printing right?
A: Yes, we will, before we start to print, we will sign NDA with you.
Q: Will you send us some previously printing samples or paper stocks to check your printing quality ?
A: Yes, we can. We will send you samples for FREE, no other charges.
Q: How can your company ensure me good printing work?
A: We have our own QA department do the strict QC in the whole process to ensure every step perfect to go forward
Q: If we got the mass printing and find some problems , how can you handle this situation ？
A: No worries about printing quality, we have our strict QC department to control the whole process closely. Any printing quality problems about your products we will help you to fix the problem here, if you cannot use them at all, we will reprinting for you as well .
