Working principle
This is a form of welding that uses electromagnetic induction to heat the workpiece, which makes the brazing filler metals surface temperature rise rapidly till melting, connecting finally.
Application
Our IGBT inducton brazing machine used for brazing of diamond saw blade, alloy cutting tools(lathe tool, reamer, milling tool), mining tools(drill bits, cutting picks), copper tubes, motor copper line, copper bar.
Advantages
(1)Simple, a few minutes to learn, install, easy to move. Connect the power supply, induction coil and inlet and outlet pipe can be used.
(2)Low power consumption, power consumption is only one-third of the old-fashioned high frequency. The elimination of the high-pressure area, eliminating the generation of nearly ten thousand volt high-voltage step-up transformer, can be 24 hours continuous use in various models of macine duty rates.
(3)Basic eliminate scale, fast heating, the surface only a few of the scale.
(4)Temperature uniformity, no carbon or oxyacetylene flame itself, easy to observe the temperature, density induction coil so that all parts of the workpiece to obtain their desired temperature.
(5)To improve the working environment, eliminate harmful carbon or oxyacetylene gas generated during combustion.
