Products Description
Jaw crusher is often used as primary and secondary crusher for mining, metallurgy, construction and some other industries. It takes large pieces of rock, ore, concrete, or other materials, and crush them down to smaller sizes for further processing in a ball mill or hammer crusher.
It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, road, railway, road, slag, water conservancy and chemical industries for crushing various materials with compression strength less than 350 Mpa.
It is suitable for crushing all kinds of hard and soft ores with less than 300MPa compressive strength, such as pebble, calcite, granite, quartz, concrete, dolomite, bluestone, iron ore, limestone, iron ore, coal gangue, construction waste, ferrosilicon, basalt, sandstone, ore, glass, cement clinker, etc.
Product Working Principle
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
