2) our design engineer draw the design draft.
3) you confirm the design draft.

Q2. Can you print my logo on the mini computer ?
Re: Yes, it is support.
Q3. Can your device work 24h*7 days? And what about the temperature range it can operate in?
Re: Yes it can be working in 24h*7 days, working temperature range 0°C~50°C.
Q4. What is the lead time of your products?
Re: Sample order within 1~3 business days . Bulk order within 3~15 business days ( depends on order qty) ,we will test the model to insure the quality before shipping.
Q5.What’s the warranty?
Re: 1 year warranty. After expired warranty and sent back to our company, we will still try our best to repair for you without repair cost (except change new accessories).
Q6.What are the OS do your computers support?
Re: Support Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Linux ubuntu , pfsense etc. Some model is support XP, such as 1037U,Core CPU is not support XP.
Q7. Which models can run pfsense as a firewall?
Re: 2 or more LAN mini pc can run pfsense as a firewall. we have 2 LAN/4 LAN/6 LAN model.
