Heating methods:
1000L Jacketed Industrial Bitumen Emulsification Homogenizer is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 ; its tank body surface adopt to mirror polishing; there are two different heat forms: electric heating and steam heating , as for heating methods, it can be heated by jacketed heating, coil heating, and heating pipe heating etc.
Agitator:
The agitator of 1000L Jacketed Industrial Bitumen Emulsification Homogenizer is top center stirring, Agitator which is capable of handling very thick highly viscous gel like paste on low speed(rpm) and at the same time should be capable for mixing oils with low to medium viscosity at medium to high speeds ( rpm).
