Payment terms: T/T 30% payment for deposit, after the machine finished, we will take the testing videos for you to check the machine, after you satisfied the machine you pay the left 70% payment. Then we will delivery the machine.
Delivery terms: Within 7 working days for production, we will arrange delivery after received the total payment.
Packing terms:
Firstly, Packed the machine with plastic sheet for clearing and damp proofing.
Secondly, Then put the machine in the plywood case for safety and clashing.
Thirdly, Transport the plywood case into the container.

2. D uring production: we will send photos of machines during making. so customers can know more details about the procession of making their machines. and give them suggestions.
3. B efore shipping , we will take delivery photo and machine working video, Machine will be tested and adjusted before it is delivered.
4. A fter shipping : we will help you to check when the machine arrive at your sea port and approximate date of arrival. so customers can know when it will arrive and make enough preparation.
5. A fter arrival: we will confirm with customers whether the machine is in good condition. and see i f need any help about operating machine.
6. A bout training : there are machine operation manual and videos about how to use machine. If you have questions about it. we will have our engineers to help you install and teach how to use through Skype,Calling,mail or other Online ways.If you need, we also can go to your locations, to help you operate.
7. A bout warranty: we offer 2 Years warranty for whole machine. If any parts of our mahcine is broken. we will replace it for you free of charge during warranty period.
