1. Can you make my customized products?
1)Provide us your logo & packing.
2)We will make samples for your reference
2. What’s the MOQ?
1) For stock goods, MOQ 12PCS test selling or fit 1x20GP requires.
2) For customed item and single item, Pls DM us for more details.
3.What is your principle for the samples?
1) New customer charge sample fee and return back in order balance.
2) Old customer free sample under qty 2pcs and more will be pay.
3) Stock sample 2-3 days be sent out, sample freight charge not in bear.
4.Which payment can be acceptable? and how to do it?
1) T/T 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy.
2) Telex release B/L against 100% full payment.
5.What your quality guarantee and after sale service?
1) Always a pre-production sample before mass production, before the logistics transportation, we will have multiple processes to inspect and package the productsto ensure that each product is delivered to customers with good quality.
