What is the MOQ ?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 square meter , but we suggest you can order one container , because it’s more convenient for loading .
How about your payment terms ?
Our payments terms is T/T , 30 % deposit , after we get the deposit ,we will start to arrange the goods , and 70% balance before loading .
If I receive the goods and find some of them were broken, how to fix the problem?
Generally, the damage rate is very low. Our tiles are packed with wooden pallets, which can protect the tiles. I can guarantee that the tiles are in good condition before shipment, but it is a long way to the United States, and I cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during transportation. Generally, the damage will be within 5%.
Can you make sure the tiles no breakage when the goods arrived our country ?
We will try our best to protect the tiles , because as you know , if we ship the tiles ,we will put the tiles in the wood pallets to make sure the tiles is stronger enough .
Can you send free samples?
Yes, free samples are available; you just need to pay the express fee. You can provide your a/c like DHL, or you can call your courier to pick up from our office.
Do you have stock or to make OEM/ODM? What’s MOQ to order?
Yes,we do keep stock for the whole collection and we have production regularly. MOQ Is 100 quantity to make order for stock item. OEM/ODM is acceptable.
How can you guarantee quality?
We always have a pre-production sample before mass production, and the final inspection would be done before the shipment. We only sell AAA.
