VMC1160B Strong Rigidity and High productivity Vertical Machining Center
VMC1160B vertical machining center can achieve milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes. It is mainly used in mechanical processing industries such as military, mining, automotive, molds, instruments and meters, and can be used to process various high-precision, multi process, and complex shaped parts. Suitable for small and medium-sized batch, multi variety production, and can also enter automatic assembly line production. The three-axis adopts a rolling line rail and large span design, ensuring long-lasting accuracy. The X, Y, and Z axis servo motors are directly connected to high-precision ball screws through gapless elastic couplings, reducing intermediate links and achieving gapless transmission. Each axis is paired with imported precision angular contact screw special bearings, and the ball screws are precisely pre stretched, with flexible feeding, accurate positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
