Magnesia spinel bricks for cement kiln
Magnesia brick belongs to alkali refractory brick, so it has strong alkali corrosion resistance. High purity magnesia sand and other additive is its raw material, and chemical composition is MgO, periclase is magnesia brick's main crystallizatin phase.
Magnesia brick has many kinds. magnesia carbon brick, magnesia board, fused magnesia, magnesia alumina brick, refractory magnesia chrome bricks, caustic calcined magnesia magnesium oxide and so on. Different magnesia brick with different features and usage.
Magnesia brick has high refractoriness, high refractoriness under load, strong alkali corrosion resistance, anti-iron oxide corrosion and high thermal conductity.
But magnesia beick can easily crack when connect with water, so magesia brick should be packaged away from mositure, rain and snow. And magnesia brick has weak anti-acid corrosion resistance, so magnesia brick can not touch with silica brick directly, usually we divide them with neutral brick.
Magnesia brick shall be propely and sceurely packaged with wooden cage to withstand rough handling during loading, unloading and transportion.
