Main Application
T he machine is composed of grinding chamber , grading wheel , cyclone separator, pulse dust - collecting box and fan , T he machine has no screen itself and the crushing fineness is controlled by the grading wheel .The machine is widely used for material crushing in the industries of chemical ,pharmaceutics and foodstuff, etc.
Working Principle
The raw material is sent into grinding chamber through hopper by screw conveyer and then pulverized by high speed rotary blades,powders go over the guiding ring and enter into the grading room,because the grading wheel is rotating, the powders flowing into the blade passage are influenced by the air force and the centrifugal force simultaneously. Powders bigger than the critical diameter are thrown back into the grinding chamber to crush because of the large proportion. Powders less than the critical diameter go into the cyclone separator by negative pressure.
