1. crush wood wastes into woo sawdust shavings wood wools;

2. dry the sawdust, wood wools and shavings;

3. mix the glue with the wood sawdust and wools;

4. press under the high temperature and high pressure for few minutes.

Note: include one set mould (any moulds size you like). We make mould according your design.

The machine can change mould to make different size of pallets.

The moulds can be designed according to the customer’s requirements

One set mould include: upper mould and lower mould, total about 3 ton.
