Products Description
Quartz medium wave infrared heater is uses iron chrome alloy wire or nickel-chromium as heating unit and protection sleeve. The color temperature is about 1800K and the wavelength is between 2.2 and 3.5 microns.
We use single-tube quartz tube as the sleeve of the medium wave infrared heater. The size of the heater could be ID8*OD10, ID10*OD12, ID14*OD17, ID17*OD20, ID28*OD34 and other specifications. Working life reaches 5000 hours. In order to improve the performance of directional radiation, we can gilt or whiten half of the quartz tube. Or according to customer requirements or drawings, we can produce special shape of infrared medium wave heater.
