A1: We are a professional dc motor manufacturer since 2011, we mainly produce the Brushless Servo Hub Motor, Cog-less Brushless Motor, Inner Rotor Brushless Motor, Outer Rotor Brushless Motor, Precious Metal Brush Motor, Carbon Brush Motor, Gear Reduction Motor, Micro-step Motor, DC Iron Core Motor, Ventilator and so on.
Q2: Does your company have ODM and OEM service?
A2: Yes, of course. We can produce according to your drawing and customize Logo or packing by your request, we can also guarantee you a worry-free after sales.
Q3: Do you charge for the sample and the shipping cost?
A3: Yes, we do, but we will refund you the sample fee if your batch order can be 2000 pieces or above.
Q4: How about the production period?
A4: For conventional samples, 3-5 working days; For new samples, about 2 weeks. As for the mass production, it will depend on the quantity of your order.
Q5: What about your terms of payment?
A5: Money Gram,T/T,Paypal,Western Union, Alipay and L/C. If the payment<=10000USD,100% in advance. If the payment
>10000USD,30%-50% T/T in advance, balance before the shipment.
