A: We accept all payment terms. For most deals, upfront (deposit) payment will be required before we start production.
Q: What’s your standard lead time?
A: For our existing items and low quantities, our lead time is always 3 to 7 days. For certain custom made items and big quantities, our lead time is 15-30 days. Lead time is calculated from the date when we receive your upfront payment.

A: By air express like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Aramex and etc.
