General

The transmission case assembly is a mechanism for changing the speed and torque from the engine. It can fix or shift the ratio of the output and input shafts. The transmission assembly is composed of hydraulic torque converter, planetary gear, hydraulic torque converter and hydraulic control system.

Function

(1) Change the transmission ratio to meet the requirements of traction force under different driving conditions, so that the engine can work as far as possible under favorable conditions to meet the requirements of driving speed.
(2) Realize the reverse drive, to meet the needs of the bulldozer backward drive.
(3) Interruption of power transmission to the drive wheel when the engine is started, idled, the bulldozer engine is shifted or needs to stop for power output.
(4) To achieve neutral, when the clutch is engaged, the transmission case cannot output power.
Working Principle
The bulldozer transmission case is assembled by the planetary gear shifting mechanism. The bulldozer transmission case is a combination of planetary gear train and disc clutch, with the functions of forward gear and backward gear. Transmission clutch contains clutch piston, clutch teeth, friction disk, pin and piston return spring. The combination of the transmission case clutch of the bulldozer is realized by the oil from the control valve flowing to the piston through the oil port of the shell under pressure. There is an oil passage hole in the middle of each drain cylinder block. If the seal is not tight, oil will be sprayed
outward from this place.
