Product Description
This CNC diamond finger bits are designed for fast stock removal and turning up saw lines. Characterized by fast cutting, less noise and long lifespan.This soft bond CNC finger bits are designed for milling hard stones like granite.
Hard stone requires the finger bit bond to be softer, so that the diamonds are exposed sooner to grind the stone.
Softer stone are milled best with a finger bit that have a harder bond matrix, so that the diamonds are not exposed as fast.
Recommend RPM: 5,500-5,800
Feed Rate of 200mm /min for the first 2 meters, then 300-350mm /min (depending on stone) after the bit is broken in.
