Product Description:
Vibration molding graphite Product introduction
The vibration molding is that the paste is gradually compacting and molding under the effect of the low amplitude and high-frequency powerful exciting force.Some mechanical force is applied to vibration.
Vibration molding graphite has the large square stock,round caky material and electrode material.
Vibration molding electrode material is used in the electric arc smelting furnace,such as calcium carbide,silicon and yellow phosphorus industry.
Fine grain vibration molding graphite is suitable for using as the structural material.Such product’s surface is more delicate after processing;product’s internal porosity is smaller,and it is used in casting,chemical and other fields.
The largest graphite square stock that we can produce is :the maximum length of 3000mm,the maximum width of 850mm,and the maximum height of 600mm.
The largest graphite round caky material and electrode material that we can produce is : the maximum diameter of 1200mm,and the maximum length of 2200mm.
(Note:product specification,size and tolerance can be machined according to the customer’s actual demand.)
