Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order and it will be free samples for our stock samples to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Stock Sample : 1-5days, mass production time needs 7-10days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for your products ?
A: For our stock products there has no MOQ limit, but for OEM products, the MOQ is 500pcs.
Q4. How long for the lead time?
A: Our common lead time is about 3-7 days, for the OEM order, our lead time is about 7-15 working days.
Q5. Is it available to print my logo on the products ?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly. We will provide some pictures to our customer to confirm before mass printing.
