2).Can you give me a discount?

3).Can I get the pre-production sample ?
Answer: Y es, we will send you the sample, after you confirm, then we will start production.

4).When you ship my order?
Answer: Normally 3-15days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order quantity and production schedule.

5).The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?
Answer: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, pls kindly understand it, but we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company,it is ok for us.

6).Can you offer free shipping?
