KTC828A is a kind of high-precision, multi-functional all-digital intelligent tension controller, with tension detector to form a closed loop tension control system. After receiving the signal sent by LX series tension detector and processing by internal PID operation, the actuator is adjusted to automatically control the winding/unwinding tension of the material. KTC828A tension controller adopts new graphic LIQUID crystal display, Chinese and English display is clearer, and for magnetic powder clutch/brake issued 0-24V DC control voltage instruction, can also output 0-10V voltage signal control frequency converter, servo motor or other actuators to coil material high precision tension control. Widely used in printing, packaging, paper, cable, rubber and plastic, electronic battery, textile printing and dyeing and other industries

2, digital design, no potentiometer, tension calibration process is simple, tension measurement is accurate, stable and reliable
3, can accept single/double sensor input signal, adapt to a variety of tension sensor as the input signal
a. Special differential tension sensor can be selected (input signal range is 200mV, power supply is 5V)
b. Optional strain gauge tension sensor (input signal range: 20mV, power supply: 10V)
c. Angle potentiometer can be used for floating roller tension control
4, optional serial communication function, optional RS485 communication interface and PLC,PC to form a distribution system (optional communication function)
5, the use of non-overshoot PID algorithm, to ensure that the system during the start/stop tension without overshoot
6, with dual shaft switching function and acceleration and deceleration control function
7, automatic/manual control without disturbance mode switch
8, parameter password protection, prevent mismodification
