Product Description
Touch Screen Vertical Planetary Dough Mixer Equipment
:
HML300 Vertical Mixer is mainly for mixing cookies dough. It adopts the
helical gear reducer,
to keep the mixing speed stable. The Main motor is controlled by
frequency converter
.
When the mixer switched on , the perfectly-designed Planet Carrier rotates when there are 2 Rotary Blades getting on autorotation by themselves , while another Stationary Blade rotates with the Planet-Carrier-Wise.
The bucket can be moved with the industrial wheels in its bottom. When raising the bucket, the speed motor drives the pulley,which would drive the two sync-pulleys, so that both side of the bucket are in the same raising speed.
>> Cover is made of Q235 Carbon steel and painted - finishing.
>> Mixer shafts, blades and the buckets are all made by stainless steel , which is guaranteed to meet the International Food Hygienic Standard.
>> Gear and bearing block are made of 45# steel with black powder-coated treatment
>> Other spare parts are made of Q235 steel and chromed
>> SEW motor, Schneider electronic component, NSK bearing and YSC cylinder.
>> Main motor power:11KW, 2.2KW for raising, mixing volume of 300 liter.

The buyer will pay each technician 100USD per day as installation fee.
