YL-100T bearing puller hydraulic gear puller separating hydraulic gear puller
The vehicle-mounted hydraulic puller is a new type of electro-hydraulic pulling tool, which is suitable for pulling and removing various gears, pulleys, back wheels, bearings and other equipment. It is composed of an electric oil pump, a working oil cylinder, and a variety of lifting vehicles. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, large tensile force, fast disassembly speed, safety and reliability, and no direction restriction.
Function:
1.For removing the transmission parts,such as:bearing,cluthes ,bushing,
gears,etc.
2.Synchronous claw hook structure ,and submerged pump operation toassure safe,preparation and fastening of hydraulic pressure to grip the workpieces.
3.Automatic centre correction structure ensures that the main cylinder aim at the centerline and the claw hook system grip equal workpieces to be demolished.
4.Synchronous claw hook structure ensures no loose hooke and wokepiece not bounce from the lock reaction force while demolishing.
5.2 claws and 3 claws structure could be exchanged to use.
6.Unique angle ajustment design makes possible to adjust the angle of depression and the angle of elevation each five degrees of rama centerline. Meantimes,it's easy for the operator to locate the centerlinecorrect.
7.360- degree rotation wheels design makes the users easily to operator.
