The Agglomerator Machine were widely used in aggregating plastic ,such as PE film , PP, BOPP, PET film, fibers and so on. The processed material can be feeded to extruder machine more easier and hence increase the capacity of granulator machine. Agglomerator can directly make waste plastic films and PET chips and PET/PP fiber and some other textile products into granules.
Suitable for PVC, PPE, PP, PE, HDPE, PS and other film materials of pellet and pulverization; Recycling and reproducing of degradable plastic film and Angle material by crushing and granulation.
Working Principle:
| With the principle of blade rapid crushing, shear stirring, mixing friction heating, rapid cooling and con traction, the waste materials and Angle materials such as plastic film, silk, tape, sheet, flexible plastic pipe, foaming material, degradable material and so on are made into particles and put into reproduct ion. It is a relatively new type of ideal equipment for plastic granulation recycling. |
