Product Description
Helical gear is a kind of cylindrical gear with helical teeth. Compared with spur gear, helical gear has the advantages of stable transmission, good meshing performance, high coincidence degree, high gear strength, quiet, low vibration and so on. And can transmit high power.
Helical gears are different from spur gears because their tooth lines are helical and produce axial thrust. Thrust can be
eliminated by thrust bearing or combination of left and right helical gears and herringbone gears. A pair of meshing helical gears must have the same helix angle and opposite helix direction. Gear transmission has the advantages of reliable operation, constant transmission ratio, high efficiency, transmission movement between any two shafts in space and wide adaptability.
