Product Description
Cesium carbonate
Cesium carbonate is a white powder solid, easily deliquescent, easily soluble in water and alcohol, soluble in ether, sealed dry preservation. Decomposition melting point: 610℃, melting point 610 °C (dec.)(lit.), density 4.072, vapor pressure 0Pa at 25℃, soluble in water. It is an inorganic compound, white solid at room temperature and pressure, easily soluble in water, and quickly hygroscopic when placed in the air. Cesium carbonate aqueous solution is strongly basic, and can react with acid to produce the corresponding cesium salt and water, and release carbon dioxide. Cesium carbonate is easy to transform and can be used as the precursor of other cesium salts. It is widely used in cesium salts.
