Redispersible Polymer powder
is a kind of additive for building materials.
RDP
is based on vinyl acetate-ethylene(EVA) emulsion, produced by-spray drying to obtain a free flowing organic polymer powder. it can re-disperse in water and form a film after water evaporation by coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder to glue together different substrates, reinforce mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface.
Application : It is widely used in Internal and External Wall Putty powder, tile adhesive, EIFS/External wall insulation system mortar, tile joint filler, powder coating and Self-leveling cement mortar.
Advantage : high weather resistance, high flexibility, high adhesion, film-forming ability, water-resistance, easy construction, and heat insulation.
