Product Overview
Flotation Processing Machine
is composed of slurry tank, mixing device, inflatable device, discharge mineralized bubble device, motor and so on.
Flotation Processing Machine
is suitable for the selection of coal stone, talc and other materials. In addition, according to statistics, more than 90% of non-ferrous minerals are treated by flotation machines, as well as the coarse separation and selection of ferrous, precious and non-metallic minerals.
At the same time, the purification of water quality has been widely used. Therefore, flotation machine get more attention to the equipment in flotation, mineral processing and other production process. Compared with other equipment methods, flotation machine is more economical and reasonable, and the effect is very good.
Working Principle of
Flotation Processing Machine
In the stirred flotation machine, with the rotation of the impeller, the slurry in the tank is sucked from the lower end of the impeller to the impeller blade from around the bottom of the groove. At the same time, the low pressure air from the blower passes through the air distributor of the hollow shaft and impeller. After the slurry and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are pushed from the upper half of the impeller to the peripheral syncline, and the stator stabilizes and orientates into the whole slot. The bubble rises to the stable zone of the foam. After the enrichment process, the foam overflows from the overflow Weir and enters the foam tank. A part of the slurry flows to the lower part of the impeller, then stirred by the impeller, remixed to form a mineralized bubble, and the remaining slurry flows to the next Trough until it becomes tailings.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. Separation precision is high, the clean coal ash content is low, the yield is high, especially for the difficult coal separation more obvious advantage, the clean coal ash content is 1~2% lower than the conventional mechanical stirring flotation machine ;
2. Treatment capacity is large, unit volume treatment capacity is 2~3 times than that of conventional flotation machine;
3.The operation cost is low, compared with the conventional mechanical mixing flotation machine can save 1/3~1/2;
4. Impeller with rear tilting double-sided blade, can realize double circulation of slurry in tank;
5. Large suction volume, forward tilt groove, small dead angle, fast foam movement;
6. Impeller circumference speed is low, impeller cover plate life is long, the slurry carries on the upper and lower double
circulation according to the fixed way, is good for the coarse grain mineral suspension;
7. Operation is simple and automation is high.
