Products description:
Introduction
This machine is suitable for thermoplastic pipes and fittings made of PP PB PVDF that are operated in ditches or construction sites. Consists of frame, milling cutter, heating plate and accessory holder. Made of lightweight and high-strength materials. Save labor and work efficiently. The main parts of the machine are made of pure aluminum, which is lighter, stronger and smoother than sand casting and steel molds.
principle
The principle is to heat two surfaces to a specified temperature and then apply pressure to fuse them together. This pressure causes the metal covering material to flow, causing it to mix and melt together. When polyethylene pipe is heated, its molecular structure changes from a crystalline to an amorphous state. When pressure is applied, the molecules at the end of each tube fuse together. When the connection ends cool, the molecules return to the crystalline state, the original interface is gone, and the two tubes have become one tube of the same nature. The resulting pipe joint will be as strong or stronger than the two pipes themselves.
