ANTENG V500 Excavator Mounted Vibratory Hammer

V500 pile driver is for 45-50 tons excavators , after modifying excavator the machine can drive upto 18m piles.

ANTENG pile drivers are excavator-mounted, high frequency, vibratory-type pile drivers - for handling, pitching, driving and extracting different type of piles in a wide range of site and soil conditions.

Fitted with clamps capable of driving a wide range of piles including sheet piles, H-piles, tubular steel piles and other pile sections.

Our hammer are processed by one time fixture, ensuring the accuracy of center distance between big gear ring and pinion gear; ensuring the coaxiality of lifting shaft holes on both sides, to avoid unbalanced load of lifting shaft in the process of piling; ensuring the installation accuracy and coaxiality of both sides on lining plate, to avoid overheat of gear box.

Each component has its own part number for traceability.

Before assembling clean the interior and eccentric components at least twice to ensure that there is no impuritie.

Each bolt is tightened with a torque wrench, which is firm and not loose.

Before delivery to customers each hammer will be tested twice on a test bench that simulates actual working conditions, ensuring that there is no abnormal noise and no high temperature .
