DDSY601 single-phase electronic prepayment watt-hour meter(with IC card) use a special energy measuring chip(ADE7755) to convert the energy signal into the pulse signal. Then the pulse signal was processed by the microprocessor to achieve the prepayment usage and energy control.
The meter could offer anti-counterfeiting function , encryption function, current limitation and cut-in or cut-off the circuit automatically. And help the power usage department to control the prepayment management.
The total active power is directly displayed by character wheel register, LED digital display shows the residual electrical quantity , number of purchasing times and the total prepaid capacity.
Because of the status of on-or-off of the current circuit is controlled by a inner relay, so if the max. current is equal or less than 60A the meter will be applied to the internal controlling mode. If the max. current is greater than 60A or less than 60A but with a external current transformer , the meter will be applied to the external controlling mode.(The meter would use the controlling line to control the external heavy-current relay or current breaker to break-up the heavy current circuit.)

Main function
3.1 Output interface: with active and passive impulse output interface for meter regulating and testing.
3.2 Time-alarm function
3.2.1 When as the residual electrical quantity is lower than the warning value (0~255)kWh that could be set by Energy Department), the residual current will be displayed to notify the user purchasing the quantity as soon as possible.
3.2.2 When as the residual electrical quantity is lower than the power-off value (0~255)kWh that could be set by Energy Department), the meter will cut-off the power automatically to notify the user purchasing the quantity as soon as possible.
3.3 The residual electrical quantity would be showed in integral bit.
3.4 Maximum purchasing quantity could be set by power supply department.
3.5 The data could be saved over 10 years.
