Q1 . Which type of hair does Ivirgo Hair supply?
A: We supply 100% virgin unprocessed hair of Vietnamese and Cambodian with full cuticle aligned, same direction, no chemical.
Q2 . How many hair do I need for one head?
Here is our suggestion : 12”-14”: 2 pieces, 16” – 22” : 3 pieces, 24”- 30” : 4 pieces
Q3 . How long does it last ?
A : At least 1 year . The hair can last for long time ( even 2 – 3 years) if you take care them carefully and regularly like your own hair
Q4. How do I treat it?
A: You should treat it as your own hair
1. Washing
- Washing the hair once or twice a week
- It is very important to use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care hair for keeping it soft, smooth and silky.
- Leave the hair dry natural if possible. If not, please don’t blow the hair with high temperature of hair drier
- Should use some oil to keep hair healthy
2. Combing
- Don’t comb the hair when wet
- Use a smooth-edged comb
- Start combing hair with the end first, then the middle and the top at last
Q5. How long I get hair?
Our factory need 3-10 days to prepare all customers’ request ( if available in stock within 24 hours) and time shipping is 2-5 days based customer’s address : US, UK or other European countries 2-3 days; Angola, South Africa,Namibia or other European countries 4-5 days …)
Q6. Hair mixed synthetic or animal ..?
No. Our hair is 100% virgin Remy hair, no mixed synthetic hair
Q7. Textures ( wavy, curly) come back after bleaching or coloring?
Yes, customers can washing, coloring , beaching and texture still come back
