1. How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
-We usually quote within 2 days after we get your inquiry, if you are in urgent need of getting the price, please kindly make sure all the details, such as blade material, handle material, preliminary design drawing and order quantity. We will send you a complete quotation soon.
2. What is the MOQ?
-The MOQ depends on your requirements on the products specifications for material, size and trims, please feel free to contact with us.
3. What is the lead time for mass production?
-Detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity, 30 working days on regular products normally, 60 working days on new products normally.
4. What kind of payment terms you can accept?
-We accept T/T and WeChat Pay.
5. What's the payment?
-30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery for regular customer.
50% T/T deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
6. How do you ship the order?
-We ship by Fedex and DHL about 7 working days.
7. How do you control the quality?
-We will make samples before mass production till the sample be approved. Doing 100% inspection during production and 100% inspected before packing and storage.
